The charming terraced villa Marjalou 3 is perched above the bay of Aiguebelle, offering beautiful southwest-facing views over the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding islands. Its peaceful setting makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a memorable holiday in the South of France.

Spread over a single level, the villa offers privacy, comfort, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Inside, you will find a bright living area, an open kitchen, and both indoor and outdoor dining spaces opening onto the terrace with its stunning sea views. The villa features a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom, and an additional separate bathroom.

A few steps alongside the house lead to the private heated swimming pool, where you can cool off while enjoying the beautiful surroundings and sea views.

Located on the hillside above Aiguebelle, the beach can easily be reached on foot in around 10 minutes via steps. Along the beach, you will find restaurants and private beaches, while supermarkets and bakeries are a short drive away.

The pool is available from the beginning of April until the end of October.
