By purchasing products or services through our TouchStay Store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders

All products and services offered are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an item or service is unavailable.

2. Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery of Services

Services and rental items will be provided at the property specified in your booking and, where applicable, before or upon your arrival.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or service date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or service date may not be refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused services or rental items after delivery.

5. Rental Equipment

Guests are responsible for any rental equipment provided during their stay. Any loss, theft, damage, or excessive wear may be charged to the guest.

6. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services purchased through the store.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
